Q:What host hotel will the NFME be using?
A:The NFME will be using the Plantation Oaks Suites and Inn as our headquarters and host hotel.

We have negotiated a group rate so use the code: NFME when making your reservations.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Regular room with two beds is $71.95 plus tax (almost $30 a night cheaper than Indy).
2. They have suites and two bedroom units at additional cost (can you say Jacuzzi?).
3. Free hot breakfast daily starting at 6am.
4. Parking is ample for cars, trailer rigs in a grass field immediately next door
5. Banquet room for serving up our Closing vittles and a hang out area for rain outs.
They have approximately 60 rooms available at the rate stated above. The Event is not guaranteeing a block of rooms.which means if you want to stay at the Event Hotel, you will need to make your reservations early. As always, you are at liberty to stay anywhere you like and just hang out at the event hotel but its way more fun to stay there!

A:The best way to find a roommate to share housing costs is to join the mailing list and post a message.
For the most part we will be at the track or bench racing in the parking lot, so you won't be spending much time in the room anyway!
