Q:How much does it cost to put this event on?
A:One thing you will notice is there is no charge for organizing this event. The Organizing Committee is an all volunteer group that does not charge for the time and effort they have put into organizing this event. Typically, event organization such as this commands a 20% fee from professional event planners (that is $6000 for our ~$30K event). With that in mind, please do not abuse us. The following is a rough budgetary breakdown (subject to change) of the costs to pull off an event like ours:

Q:Who designed the event t-shirt?
A:The 2008 event t-shirt was designed by Chung Dha. You can find his site at http://chungdha.blogspot.com.
Q:Do the organizers make any money from the event?
A:No, we are all volunteers. Any extra money that is left over after an event is held (if any) is rolled over to help cover the following year.
